  • Helping Hands

    The children of Braniel Primary School have been very busy with their ‘Helping Hands’ completing a vast range of jobs and chores for their family and friends. We raised a huge £658 for PTA funds. The child with the most unusual job in each class was awarded with a special prize in assembly. Well done everyone!

  • Nursery Fairytale Evening

    Braniel Parent Teachers' Association launched their 2017/18 activities with a Fairytale Event for the Nursery children.  On 19th October, the Nursery pupils and their parents enjoyed an evening of entertainment, craft and face-painting.  Mr. Hullaballoo entertained the children with Fairy Tale stories with a Harvest theme and everyone enjoyed this interactive puppet show.  Don't the children look fantastic all dressed up in their costumes?
  • Harvest Service (Years 4 and 5)

    Friends and family were treated to a fantastic Harvest Service of Thanksgiving

    by the pupils in Years 4 and 5.  Beautiful singing, eloquent speaking and a timely message of gratitude certainly left everyone feeling thankful for all they have.  Thank you so much to our generous families for all the donations of tinned goods, fresh fruit, vegetables and flowers.  These were delivered to Senior Citizens in the local community and were received with enormous gratitude.

  • Sustrans Cycling

    As part of our ongoing commitment to the promotion of active travelling to school, Emma from Sustrans visited us for a Bicycle Maintenance workshop.  Below are some photos of pupils learning how to keep their bicycles in safe working order along with some pictures of a very brightly-dressed school on "Ditch the Dark" day.
