Young Writers' Success!
Many congratulations to Emily Gregg who has won the Rotary Club's Young Writer Competition for 2015. Last year, while in Year 7, Emily entered the writing competition with a theme of "Light Up Your Community". Not only did Emily win 1st prize in the local Club competition, she then went on to win 1st place in the District competition which includes entries from all over Ireland!
We are very proud of Emily, who now attends Grosvenor Grammar School, and were delighted to receive photographs of her being presented with her award, along with a cheque for £100, from Sir William Hastings. What a great achievement!
